CONSMAC Gasoline Powered Concrete Vibrating Screed with Honda Engine for Road and Floor Leveling

The CONSMAC concrete vibrating screed is powered by a Honda gasoline engine, engineered for spreading, vibrating, and leveling concrete slabs. Its lightweight design enables single-person operation. High-frequency vibration liquefies the concrete surface, effectively expelling air bubbles and excess moisture for initial consolidation and precise leveling. Low-maintenance structure. Ideal for small-to-medium floors, warehouses, parking lots, roads, and trench concrete construction. Backed by a 6-month warranty, with mechanical test reports and factory video inspection records provided. Manufactured in Zhejiang, China.

The CONSMACconcrete vibrating screed is a lightweight construction tool engineered for spreading, vibrating, and leveling concrete slabs. As a key process machine in concrete surface construction, the screed integrates the traditionally separate steps of spreading, striking off, vibrating, slurry extraction, and leveling into a single pass, making it widely applicable to small-to-medium floors, warehouses, parking lots, roads, and trench concrete construction.

Powered by a Honda gasoline engine, the unit delivers stable and reliable power output. Honda engines are renowned for quick starting, fuel economy, and easy maintenance — particularly suited to the frequent start-stop cycles typical of construction sites. The lightweight design enables single-person handling, positioning, and operation, significantly reducing labor costs and operator fatigue.

Through high-frequency vibration, the screed liquefies the concrete surface, effectively expelling air bubbles and excess moisture while ensuring uniform distribution of aggregates and cement paste for initial consolidation and precise leveling. During vibration, the screed plate applies uniform pressure to the concrete surface, eliminating height variations caused by manual leveling and providing a flat, dense base for subsequent troweling operations. The screed width can be flexibly adjusted according to construction requirements to suit different pour areas.

The machine features a low-maintenance design — simple structure, fewer components, and easy servicing, substantially reducing long-term maintenance and repair costs. It is widely used in concrete floor paving, road construction, trench backfill surface leveling, and warehouse and factory floor construction.

The product comes with a 6-month warranty, and mechanical test reports and factory video inspection records are provided. After-sales support is available with engineers available to service machinery overseas, ensuring operational support for international users. Manufactured in Zhejiang, China.
