The MAXMACH walk-behind concrete power trowel is a professional construction machine engineered for surface densification and high-precision finishing of concrete floors. The equipment drives a cross-shaped trowel blade assembly at high speed, utilizing friction and compression to complete the full sequence of slurry lifting, compaction, leveling, and burnishing.
Core Transmission & Power System
The machine is powered by a high-quality 4-stroke gasoline engine, delivering stable and ample output to ensure that continuous operation does not compromise finishing quality due to overheating or power loss. The power transmission system utilizes a mechanical centrifugal clutch paired with a heavy-duty worm gear reducer. The centrifugal clutch ensures the blades remain stationary during engine start and idling, enhancing on-site safety, while the worm gear structure provides smooth torque multiplication and reliable transmission efficiency, effectively reducing failure rates and extending service life.
Troweling System & Flatness Control
A precision blade pitch adjustment mechanism is located at the operating handle. Operators can adjust the contact angle of the blades in real-time without stopping the machine, adapting to the concrete’s curing stage (from initial to final set). During the floating stage, a low pitch (flat blades) maximizes the contact area to extract surface mortar; during the finishing stage, increasing the pitch raises the pressure per unit area, achieving a high-gloss, highly dense floor surface. The chassis is equipped with a safety ring, effectively protecting the blades when working near walls or forms while ensuring operator safety.
Ergonomics & Job-Site Mobility
The machine features a compact structural design with a well-balanced center of gravity. Combined with an ergonomic, height-adjustable handle, a single operator can easily control the direction and posture of the equipment, significantly reducing arm and lower back fatigue. The large pneumatic (or solid) tires not only provide excellent ground traction but also make site-to-site relocation highly convenient.
Applications
This model is widely used for finishing operations in high-standard industrial factories, logistics warehouses, underground parking garages, large supermarkets, plazas, and various municipal concrete floors. Whether for mechanical finishing of large-area pours or detailed treatment of complex areas, the MAXMACH walk-behind power trowel delivers superior surface finishing results.
The product undergoes strict quality inspection, comes with a 1-year warranty, and is accompanied by mechanical test reports and factory video inspection to ensure it is ready for use upon arrival.
