The CONSMAC FC-1B hand-held concrete scabbler is a high-efficiency, lightweight surface preparation tool engineered for pavements and floors. Powered by a 0.6m³/5kg pneumatic power system and equipped with a 31mm working width chisel, the tool applies high-frequency impacts to the surface, controlling the scarifying depth between 2-4mm. This depth range is ideal for removing laitance and exposing sound aggregates on concrete surfaces, significantly enhancing the adhesion of subsequent waterproofing layers, epoxy floors, or asphalt overlays.
